This Ginpo Hana ceramic pot is great for preparing traditional Japanese meals like mixed rice dishes, soups and casseroles. It's made of high quality earthen clay with a thick, double lidded opening and lid, and crafted by artisans in Japan. It has excellent thermal insulation and it can be used over an open flame or in an oven (without the lid). The 3.2L capacity is perfect for serving two to three people.
