Delivery Criteria

Your site must meet the Standard Conditions for delivery. If the site does not meet criteria, please contact Dale on 0438 560 142 for a site inspection or to discuss delivery costs to the chosen location. Please note a site inspection fee will be at a charge to the member. As a general rule a crane cannot be used to deliver a spa. Please discuss with Lifestyle Spa for further information.

Please be advised if your site does not comply with the ‘Standard Delivery Conditions’, and/or the delivery team finds variations outside the ‘Standard Delivery Conditions’ they are instructed to re-negotiate further payment to complete the delivery or return the spa to the Lifestyle Spa Warehouse. Further attempts will be at your expense. Lifestyle Spas reserve the right to cancel an order if your site is found to be inaccessible for delivery of the spa.
