Description

This gold urn set consists of 2 urns, (1 x large 10 3.27L adult urn and a matching mini 0.05L inch keepsake urn) individually handcrafted using a sand casting process that is hundreds of years old. Made of 100% solid brass and brushed to a beautiful gold finish. The urns have three hand etched heart bands filled in black. The threaded screw top lids enables easily opening and ashes can be placed inside the urns and securely sealed and closed.

¹ Cremated remains (ashes) can vary in amount due to different cremation processes, temperature variations, bone structure of the deceased, height and age. Weight does not affect the size of the urn required as fat is a combustible element of nature and naturally disappears.

² A 200 cubic inch / 3.1L urn is, in 98% of cases, more than large enough to hold the ashes of an adult. If unsure please contact your crematorium or funeral director to confirm exactly what size urn you need to purchase.

³ The ashes of very tall adults would be best suited to an urn that is 220 cubic inches / 3.6L or larger. As calculating ash amount is not an exact science, the following is a guide only. We do not guarantee the following calculations will be true 100% of the time.

⁴ Average height adult: 152 cm-180 cm will need aat least a 200 cubic inch / 3.1L urn

⁵ Tall adults: 182.88 cm and over will need at least a 220 cubic inch / 3.6L cremation urn
