Description
ETSU means "pleasure" in Japanese.
This unique gin was distilled on the Northern Island of Hokkaido in Japan and made at the Asahikawa Distillery using a 100% cane neutral spirit. The gin gets its flavours from a 24 hour maceration period with yuzu, green bitter orange peel, liquorice, coriander, and Angelica root, and is then distilled in a copper still with a swan neck to 166 proof. It's then diluted down to 86 proof with water sourced from the Taisetsu mountains, and filtered through charcoal.
