Batch 16 is matured exclusively in Tokaji hogshead (that's Hungarian sweet wine). It has the sweet taste of dried apricots, manuka honey, beeswax and toasted sponge cake, but it’s not overly sweet. It features iced tea and a little sulphur too, then it’s spicier through the middle stages, melting into a luscious, prolonged finish that culminates with brandy cream sauce, caramel nib ice cream and honeycomb.
