Description
FUYU means "Winter" in Japanese.
This whisky is distilled from malted grain and mashed corn before resting in oak barrels. It's distilled on Honshu Island by three different distilleries, using 20% malt (barley) and 80% grain (corn). It's made in one pot still to 130 proof and aged in used American white oak barrels. Blending and dilution brings it down to 80 proof, and it's filtered with kieselguhr.
