Description

The quintessence of the Barons de Rothschild style. This champagne’s tiny production receives the same care and attention as the other Rothschild Family Grands Vins. The Grand Vin de Champagne wine will enhance all fine dining experiences and will bring out the flavours of the most refined dishes. Its saline character makes it the ideal match for a tartar of scampi with citrus fruit or a poached turbot fillet. With a spicy finish that makes it the perfect accompaniment to lightly spiced chicken breast and wings or a medallion of veal with morel mushrooms.

Recommended serving temperature between 8 and 10 C. This wine has a very good cellaring potential. Rated 97 points by Antonio Galloni – VINOUS.
