Description

Penfolds Bin 389 cabernet shiraz combines the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. It includes scents of blackcurrant, chive, mustard spice, beeswax, lemon and honey tea, and thyme flowers, along with cherry wood, sarsaparilla, and aniseed. The full and rich palate features pomegranate, cranberry, Madagascan vanilla, liquorice, even tannins and new oak. It's best drunk between now and 2030, improving with time.
