Penfolds Kalimna Bin 28 shiraz is a multi-region and vineyard blend, with scents of black jelly beans, red liquorice, redcurrants, goji berries, wild raspberry and red fruit chutney. The palate presents black fruits, dried porcinis, sandy tannins, and tobacco, tobasco and tamarind, with a negroni-like bittersweet finish. Peak drinking is from now to 2030, improving with time.
