Izadi Reserva comes from Rioja Alavesa, an exclusive and the smallest subregion of Rioja. Izadi use an outstanding grape selection from old Tempranillo bush vines. The result is a classic Rioja Reserva that balances traditional and contemporary styles, boasting beautiful fruit concentration with some toasted notes and subtle acidity that provide elegance, status and ageing potential to the wine. After more than 3 years of ageing at the winery, 16 months in American (73%) and French (27%) oak and two years in the bottle, the wine is ready to enjoy now and will also cellar gracefuly for at least 10 to 15 years.
