Winner of the Gold Award at the 2013 Taipei Pineapple Cake Cultural Festival, this signature creation features a filling made from No. 17 Golden Diamond pineapples, specially grown by contracted farmers in Guannan, Tainan. Staying true to the champion recipe, the filling is crafted with a golden 7:3 ratio of pineapple to winter melon. The crust is made with premium unsalted butter from France and red New Zealand milk powder, with a touch of Danish cheese powder added for a rich yet balanced flavor.
