Confirmation emails are generally sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, please try the following suggestions or contact customer care.

Your Account details

"My Account" allows you to view your membership details. Turn on auto renew. Change your password. Edit, add or select your preferred default address and online payment methods. You are also able to select or edit your communication preferences and view your online orders.

If you receive an error message “Login could not be completed due to unregistered account”

A common misconception is that members signing up at a warehouse assume they have an online account created for them at the time of sign up. This is not the case, please use our guide to confirm if you have an online account or to help you register your membership.
