How to cancel your order

An online order can be automatically cancelled within 30 minutes from when it was placed. To do this, go to “My account” and click on “My orders”. On this page, you’ll see your order details and a “Cancel items” option. Click this and follow the prompts to cancel your order.

If you want to cancel your order more than 30 minutes after it's been placed, you can request a cancellation by contacting our Member Care team on (03) 5316 7223 or reach out to us via our support chat. Cancellation requests will be approved or declined based on where the order is in the fulfilment process. For the best chance of a successful cancellation, please ensure to lodge your request as soon as possible.


Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped?

Once it has arrived, you can place a return by visiting “My account” and clicking “My orders”. On this page, you will see the details of your order next to a “Return items” button. Click this and follow the prompts to complete your return.
