Pricing Adjustment Policy

For purchases made online at costco.com.au Costco will gladly issue a credit for the difference between the price you paid and a promotional price on a particular product or service, if the promotional price is introduced within 30 days from when you placed your order and you must also contact our Member Care team within that 30 day period. Credits are typically issued within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • This excludes any site-wide discounts or promotions.
  • The special consideration for promotional pricing is for end consumers only. Resellers must purchase the item during the valid promotional dates to receive the promotional price.
  • If you purchased the item at a Costco warehouse location, please enquire at the membership counter at the Costco location where you made the purchase. Refunds are at the discretion of the warehouse.
  • Costco does not price match with other retailers.
  • Costco may vary this policy from time to time and any variation will be effective on posting on Costco’s website in respect of future purchases.
