Ingredients

Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 4mgPyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 5mgCyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 50microgramsFolic Acid 95microgramsCalcium ascorbate dihydrate (Ascorbic Acid 100mg) 121mgIron (from Iron II glycinate) 5mg

Directions/Dosage

Adults: take 1 tablet daily with food to supplement iron or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C.
