This Takoyaki is made from selected hand cut octopus encased in a traditional seasoned dough before being individually hand cooked. Great as a snack or for entertaining, simply oven bake and serve with Takoyaki sauce and sprinkle with green laver (aonori) and shaving of dried bonito (katsuobushi).
