A classic, cool-climate Coonawarra Shiraz comprising of fruit soured from unique terra rossa soils. Bright red fruits, Mediterranean spice and fine tannins meet earthy depth - elegant, complex, and built to age gracefully. The nose begins with pink peppercorns and sharp red cranberry, followed by goji berries, wild strawberries, black olives, and salted rosemary bread. The palate features chalky tannins with dusty earthiness supporting pepper and Mediterranean vegetable flavours.
