The ‘Red Wine Trial’ that redefined Barossa Shiraz at the highest level. This release shows precision, concentration and balance to age for many years. The aromatics are layered with blue fruits, dark cherry, violets, blackberry confectionery, cedar, sandalwood, warm spices, vanilla bean and cordite smoke. The palate has black fruits, Satsuma plums, nuanced tannins, cherry infused chocolate, hazelnut praline, cola, sarsaparilla, black pepper and nutmeg for subtle complexity.
