Nighty Night Sleep Effervescent contains 600mg of Ashwagandha with 100mg Magnesium. Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine to reduce the time to fall asleep and relieve symptoms of stress.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 600 mg equiv. to dry root 7.2 g (7200 mg) Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 100 mg Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 15 mg.

Allergens

Contains Suralose and Sulfites.

Directions/Dosage

Adults only. Not suitable for children.
Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.

Storage Instructions

Store tube tightly closed in a cool dry place, below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
