Silicon Dioxide 25mg, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense ) 2.4:1 extract 76.7mg Equivalent to 184mg dry stem Standardised to 5.4mg silicon dioxide, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 30mg, Folic Acid 150mcg, Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate 20.62mg) 20mg, Iron (ferrous fumarate 9.12mg) 3mg, Zinc (zinc citrate 21.93mg) 7.5mg, Manganese (manganese sulfate monohydrate 3.08mg) 1mg, Biotin 1.3mg, Betacarotene 1mg

Directions/Dosage

1 tablet 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
