My online membership sign-up form won't submit

What should I do?

Once you’ve completed the membership details and clicked "Add to cart", you should be redirected to the payment screen. If this doesn’t happen, you may have left a required field incomplete.

Please take care when entering your phone number—you must not include spaces or hyphens, e.g. 0212345678. The error message "Please enter a valid phone number" will appear if you haven’t done this correctly.

Use "Find address" to enter your address, otherwise the form won’t submit correctly.
