Ostelin Calcium and Vitamin D3 + Magnesium is a specialised triple action formula combining high strength magnesium to relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate vitamin D to support bone strength and calcium to maintain bone health. All into a well-rounded formula to help support your active lifestyle.

Ingredients

Calcium (from Calcium carbonate) 162.5mg, Magnesium (from heavy Magnesium oxide) 160mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 300IU) 7.5micrograms.

Directions/Dosage

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
