Single barrel matured in ex-Upshot first fill barrels, the whiskey gains additional complexity from the award winning barrels that made the Upshot whiskey famous. Using open-top fermentation and a unique distillation process, this spirit is rich in fruit forward flavours and deep in character.

Soft vanilla, caramel, sweetgrass, green apple, stewed pears, nutmeg.
