Berocca Hydrate is scientifically formulated with electrolytes, B vitamins and magnesium to support hydration faster than water alone. This rehydrating formula contains electrolytes, vitamin B1, B6 and B12, folic acid, magnesium and potassium which helps you replenish electrolytes lost due to heavy sweating. Berocca Hydrate contains B vitamins to support energy levels and keep you energised. Perfect for pre, during and post exercise recovery, Berocca Hydrate supports physical performance and muscle function to help keep you at your best.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Vitamin B1 (from thiamine hydrochloride) 1.1 mg. Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg. Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 4.5 micrograms. Folic acid 100 micrograms. Glucose 1.44 g. Sodium (from sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride) 160.7 mg. Potassium (from potassium chloride) 97.8 mg. Magnesium (from magnesium carbonate hydrate and magnesium sulphate dihydrate) 112.5 mg.

Allergens

Contains sulfites, sugars, soya bean products, colours, flavours and tabletting aids. Contains sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Contains 322 mg sodium per 200mL dose. Contains 196 mg potassium per 200mL dose. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines - consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. No added gluten, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions/Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in a 200ml glass of water. Maximum daily dose is two tablets or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C, keep the container tightly closed. Do not use if seal around the cap is missing or broken.
