Directions/Dosage

Mix 1 teaspoon (approximately 3 –5 gram of Amla Powder with warm water, juice or smoothies once daily.
Can also be added to herbal teas or sprinkled over food.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal tightly (air tight) after each use to maintain freshness.
