Metamucil Fibre and Probiotic Gummies are an easy and delicious way to get your daily fibre and probiotics to support your digestive health.

Directions: For ages 12 and up. Start with 1–3 gummies per serving, up to 2 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended serving. New users: start with one serving per day and gradually increase to desired daily intake. You may experience changes in bowel habits or minor bloating as your body adjusts to increased fibre intake.
