Youtheory K2D3 capsules combines Vitamin K, which has well established roles in promoting normal bone mineralisation and cardiovascular health, with Vitamin D, which is responsible for ensuring the absorption and retention of calcium. Both are essential nutrients that enable the body to properly use calcium for a variety of functions in normal metabolism.

Ingredients

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) (25 mcg or 1,000 IU), Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K, as K2VITAL) (100mcg).
Excipients: Vegetarian capsule (Hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions/Dosage

Adults only. Take one capsule per day with a glass of water.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25ºC, away from children. Avoid excessive heat or freezing.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have liver or kidney disease or if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet.
