When you see the message "Error verifying the data provided. Please contact Member Care on (03) 5316 7223" it means that there was an error in the data entry. Please contact member care for further assistance on (03) 5316 7223.

We require certain information from you to register for an online account. The following is what we need, please make sure that you have them on hand to refer to: Member Name, Membership Number, residential address, email and mobile phone number.

If you went in to any of our Costco warehouses to sign up for membership you will not have an online account. An online account isn’t created automatically for you by the warehouse. After you’ve signed up and collected your card from the warehouse, you can use the information on your card to register for a new online account.

To start using your online account, please log in to your account using the same email and password you entered when you signed up. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click on the “Forgot your password?” button at the bottom and check your email for further instructions.
