Product Details

White vinegar produced from the acetous fermentation of ethyl alcohol originally to 10% acidity. The source material for the ethyl alcohol (spirit alcohol) is molasses. The product is filtered and pasteurised during this process. The product is then diluted to 4% acidity prior to filtering and bottling as finished product.
