This free flowing, light brown sugar is sweet tasting with a faint aroma and flavour of molasses. Raw sugar is used as a sweetener for coffee or in baking and cooking, where it enhances both the colour and flavour of the food. It is popular in applications where a slight molasses flavour and aroma is preferred. Sunshine Sugar Direct Consumption (DC) Raw sugar is made from Australian grown sugar cane at the Condong Sugar Mill in northern New South Wales.
