The ultimate indulgence – a 1kg Oscietra “Mother Tin”. Oscietra , (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii), is a sturgeon that weighs from 50kg to 100kg. This caviar has pearls with a dark brown in colour with a firm texture which melt delightfully on the palate. It is well balanced with nutty and buttery notes. Friends of the Sea Certified.
