A showcase of warm climate Australian shiraz, Bin 28 is full bodied and rich. The bouquet unfolds with an array of decadent aromatics, reminiscent of a French patisserie, featuring cinnamon sugar, sweet custard and Chelsea tea cakes, followed by berry pudding with red and black fruits.

On the palate, blue fruits like elderberries, blueberries, and bilberries dominate, merging with poached plums and exotic cassia bark. It is very versatile and can handle strong flavours. Ideal with Middle Eastern grilled meats with aromatic spice, beef wellington, Portuguese chicken, mushroom and pancetta rigatoni or cheese such as aged cheddar, swiss emmental, mimolette.
