Grange is one of the world's most celebrated wines. The 2021 is expansive across the palate. Buoyant, layered and complex. The aroma is a nexus of fruits, oak, and barrel-ferment notes. Scents of grated dark chocolate and Copha, marbled meats, beef fat, and marrow are followed by pan juices with balsamic glaze, soy, and spices like poppy and sesame seeds, and frankincense.
