Bin 311 Chardonnay is a testament to cool climate elegance. Showcasing purity and precision, orange blossom, finger lime and lychee meet flinty minerality. The nose begins with talcum powder and fragrant bath salts. Persian rosewater adds lift, while imperial mandarin dust and struck flint provide a sharp, refreshing mineral note. The palate is elegantly composed with marzipan sweetness and dynamic acidity.
