Each capsule contains: Chromic chloride hexahydrate 260 microgram, Chromium picolinate 200 micrograms, Berberis vulgaris (Common barberry) ext dry conc 75mg equiv dry stem bark 750mg, Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese cinnamon) ext dry conc 50mg equiv dry stem bark 1,000mg, Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) ext dry conc 87.50mg equiv dry leaf 1,750mg, Momordica charantia (Bitter melon) ext dry conc 125mg equiv dry fruit 1,250mg

Directions/Dosage

Adults, take 1 capsule twice a day after a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
