Ingredients

Orange Flavour: sodium chloride 87.5 mg, potassium chloride 149 mg, sodium bicarbonate 378 mg, citric acid 684 mg, glucose 1.87 gram.
Apple + Berry Flavour: sodium chloride 87.5 mg, potassium chloride 149 mg, sodium bicarbonate 390 mg, citric acid 698 mg, glucose 1.87 gram.
Tropical Flavour: sodium chloride 87.5 mg, potassium chloride 149 mg, sodium bicarbonate 378 mg, citric acid 750 mg, glucose 1.87 gram.

Allergens

No added dairy, lactose, soy or yeast. Contains sucralose and sugars (glucose). Each Tablet contains between 139 mg to 144 mg sodium. Each tablet contains 78mg of potassium.

Dosage

Adults: Use one hydrate product daily. Take 2 tablets daily dissolved in 200ml of water, or as directed by your health professional.

How To Use

Remove 2 tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve tablets in 200ml of fresh cold drinking water (3 minutes). Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Discard any unused solution after 2 hours or 24 hours if refrigerated. Avoid mixing the product with cordial, juice, soft drinks or sports drink.

Storage Instructions

Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
