I lost my membership card

What should I do?

If you lose your membership card, let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the lost card. To do this, visit the membership desk at your local warehouse.

To get a replacement card, bring photo identification that displays your current residential address to the membership counter at your local warehouse. Our membership team will then be able to print you a new card.
