I'm having trouble logging in
Where to log in
To log in or register, select the corresponding button located at the top right side of any Costco web page. Enter your online account email address and password, then select “Log in”.
A pop up message will appear asking you to choose your preferred method of contact for Multi-Factor Authentication. Please select your preferred method of identification such as your phone or email, and a one time password will be sent to you. The next screen will request you to “Validate your device”. Once the device is selected, retrieve the code that was sent to your device and enter the verification code. Once you have successfully validated your account you will be logged in.
Troubleshooting
If you have any trouble, check that caps lock is off. The form fields are case sensitive, so make sure you enter your details exactly as you registered. If you have autofill for your password and are still facing issues, we recommend that this be removed.
If you receive the error message “Login could not be completed due to unregistered account”, you either don't have an online account or you entered your email and/or password incorrectly. If you’ve already signed up for an online account, try logging in again and double check your email and password are correct.
If you don’t have a password, than you don’t have an online account and will need to click Register for an online account to make one. If you need help, check our guide to register for an online account.
An online account is not created automatically when you sign up at a warehouse. Register for one after you collect your membership card.
