Perfect for picnics, this fruity punch is refreshing as is or a great party drink with some added vodka, gin or prosecco.

  • 750ml kombucha
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 lemons, 1 juiced, 1 finely sliced, to serve
  • ½ cup blueberries, to serve


Add sugar and ½ cup water to a small saucepan over low heat, stirring, for 5–6 mins or until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool. Combine sugar syrup, lemon juice and kombucha in a large jug or punch bowl. Serve with lemon slices, blueberries and plenty of ice.
