Give a Greek twist to frozen chips with this herby, zesty and salty side.
Ingredients
- 2kg frozen chips
 - 1 tsp dried mint
 - 2 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, plus extra sprigs to garnish
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 2 lemons, zested
 - 160g Greek feta
 
Method

 				Cook the chips according to package instructions.

 				Meanwhile, add the mint, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme leaves, oregano and lemon zest, 2 teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons pepper into a small bowl, mixing well to combine.

 				Toss the hot chips with the seasoning mix.

 				Arrange on a platter and crumble feta over the top. Serve garnished with fresh thyme sprigs and the remaining lemon, cut into wedges.
